MWDs, Military Working Dogs, “Fur Missiles”

MWDs are cared for, respected, and loved by their handlers, caretakers and their veterinarians. Handlers dote on them and train along side them in a true partnerships. Other military & civilian personnel benefit from their visits while deployed…almost like a therapy dog. These extremely loyal and well trained K9s insure that America’s Treasure, our sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, return home to their families. Lackland Air Force Base is the Department of Defense lead agency for procuring, training, and adoptions upon retirement of these amazing animals. I am always honored to be invited for a photo session.
